Conduct pre-rotational coordination meetings with the installation DPTMS, supported unit commander, mission commander, and IED-D HSTL, Observer Controller/Trainers prior to the scheduled training. Identify specific training requirements to support mission training plans; developing tasks, conditions, and standards in accordance with (IAW) applicable FMs, unit training strategy; desired scenario, OPFOR requirements, TADSS requirements, evaluation plan, munitions requirements, battlefield effects, and other resource requirements provided by the IED-D HSTL SME and the training unit. Conduct IED-D Lane on-site leaders’ reconnaissance with the supported unit leadership. Coordinate and schedule pick-up and delivery of all necessary resources (located at installation), to support the training unit.
